I must say I really enjoyed reading this book. This book was great at describing the paleolithic diet to me and explaining the need for it. This is an easy diet to follow!!! And it's fun! :) My favorite part is all the mouth watering recipes at the end! The author goes into further detail by explaining how you can contour the diet to specific needs such as energy levels. This book has good explanation of pale diet. It does go into details of each aspect of the diet from vegetables, fruits, seafood etc. However, I found the recipes to be lacking in explanation. The step by step explanation is simply to short to make some of these dishes correctly.
As I learn more about health and wellness I'm always looking to increase my knowledge. The Paleo lifestyle or diet caught my eye recently and I have read several books about it. I found this one clear, concise and very informative. The recipes were simple, but really that's all that's needed for the ones listed in the book. I especially liked the spiced-up burger recipe. Thumbs up
